2025 VMC NATIONAL MEET

     VMC NATIONAL RALLY 2025

Date Sept 4-7 2025

Location:         Queensbury NY

Host Hotel:      Great Escape Lodge and Water Park 

Ticket Price: Tickets for members are $70, and for non-members, they are $90 until August 7. Aug 8 -21, late registration the tickets are $80 and $100. 

There are 2 options for booking rooms:

• Visit the Six Flags Great Escape Lodge Website https://www.sixflagsgreatescapelodge.com/ 
• Click "Book Now" towards the upper right.
• Fill in the dates wanted within your groups block timeframe (9/3/2025 - 9/7/2025)
• For "Code Type" choose Group/Block.
• For "Code" enter 090325ADIR 

Option 2:

• Call 518-824-6000 x0
• Inform the operator you want to book a room under the block code 090325ADIR. 
• Payment can be made over the phone. 

Meet Agenda

• Thursday September 4, registration 4-9 pm meet and greet reception 7 to 9
• Friday, September 5 registration 7-9  guided and non-guided rides leaving between 9 and 11 AM. Dinner is on your own
• Saturday, September 6 guided guided and non-guided rides leaving 9 to 11 AM six flags great escape park bike parade 5 to 5:30 PM, dinner buffet 6 to 8 PM catering area activities 8 to 9:30 PM
• Sunday, September 7 room check out 11 AM

Suggested things to do:

• Lake George Village is hosting the Adirondack Nationals Classic Car and Hot Rod event, the largest in the northeast, Sept 5-7
• Prospect mountain scenic Mountain ascent with views of Lake George and the surrounding area
• Fort William Henry, Saratoga battlefield, the area is rich in Revolutionary War historic sites
• Lots of scenic Adirondack mountain riding opportunities
